1. Services

Allen Miguel, operating as AgentFely, provides AI automation services including but not limited to AI chat agents, AI voice agents, LinkedIn outreach automation workflows, and custom agentic workflow builds for businesses.

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing of any engagement will be agreed upon separately in a service agreement or proposal before work begins.

2. Website Use

This website is for informational purposes and to facilitate client inquiries. You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the site.

You may not:

• Use this site to transmit any harmful, offensive, or unlawful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its related systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract content from this site without permission

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, and design elements is the property of Allen Miguel or AgentFely and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without my explicit written permission.

For client projects, ownership of deliverables will be outlined in the individual service agreement. Generally, upon full payment, the client receives rights to the final deliverable. I retain the right to showcase the work in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Client Engagements

When you engage my services:

• A written agreement or proposal will outline the project scope, timeline, and payment terms
• Work begins upon receipt of any required deposit as agreed
• Revisions, additional features, or scope changes beyond what was agreed may be subject to additional fees
• All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise stated in the agreement

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Allen Miguel and AgentFely shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the services provided, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.

My total liability for any claim related to services rendered shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for those services.

6. No Guarantee of Results

AI automation tools and workflows are built to improve business operations and lead management. However, I make no guarantee of specific business outcomes, revenue growth, or lead conversion rates. Results depend on many factors outside of my control including your business, your market, and how the tools are used.

7. Third Party Tools and Services

The services I provide may involve third party platforms such as n8n, Twilio, OpenRouter, Airtable, and others. These platforms have their own terms of service and pricing. I am not responsible for changes, outages, or pricing updates made by these third party providers.

8. Confidentiality

I treat all client business information shared during our engagement with discretion and will not share it with third parties without your consent, except where required by law or necessary to deliver the agreed services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this site shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the Philippines.

10. Changes to These Terms

I reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of this site or my services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
